Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Sebastian Zimola (“we”), the controller, collects when you visit this website, buy and use EverScrape, and what your rights are. Contact: sebastian@setwell.net.
The short version
- Your leads stay on your computer. The lists you build, your searches and your exports are never sent to us.
- We keep only what we need to sell you a license and keep it working: your e-mail, your plan and payments, and an anonymous ID of the computer it's activated on.
- Your card is handled by our payment provider, Whop. We never see the full card number.
- We don't sell your data and don't use advertising trackers.

Cookies and local storage
We use no analytics or advertising cookies. If you arrive through a referral link, the referral code is stored in your browser for 60 days (a first-party cookie and local storage) so the referrer gets credit. If you choose “Remember me” in your account, your license key is stored in your browser. The payment form is provided by Whop, which may set the cookies it needs to process payments securely.
Who processes data for us
- Whop: payment processing and card storage, payouts of referral commissions.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, database and security.
- Resend: sending e-mails.
Some of these providers are in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep account and payment data while your license exists and afterwards as long as accounting and tax laws require (in the Czech Republic up to 10 years for tax documents). Logs are kept briefly by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; data we must keep by law is then kept only for that purpose.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. E-mail sebastian@setwell.net. In the EU you can also complain to a data-protection authority (in the Czech Republic: the Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.cz).
California residents: you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data inside the app
The app runs on your computer. It stores your searches, lead lists and the phone-number database locally in
~/Library/Application Support/EverScrape (Mac) or %APPDATA%\EverScrape (Windows). It contacts the public websites it collects data from, the
public phone-number data source, and our license server (license key, device ID, app version). You are the controller of the
lead data you collect and responsible for using it lawfully.
Children
EverScrape is a business tool and not intended for anyone under 18.

We will post changes here and tell you by e-mail about material ones.
